There are millions of cases of foodborne illness each year. The following are common food borne pathogens that are responsible for these illnesses:

Salmonella Food Testing

Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella choleraesuis, and S. typhi

Escherichia coli 0157:H7 – E. coli Food Testing

E. coli O157:H7 testing is done to differenciate E.coli 0157:H7 from other E.coli.

Campylobacter jejuni Food Testing

Clostridium botulinum

Clostridium perfringens
